June is for….. Journaling!!

Anyone that knows me knows I love a good Journal! Whether I’m bulleting or mind mapping there is an endless amount of ideas and uses for journals!

I wanted to share the different ways you can use a journal – it’s not your typical ‘Dear Diary’ outlet. Journaling can be a creative, productive, reflective, artistic, or an organising process! You can make it as ordered or random as you want.

You can have multiple journals for different things – a work journal, a creative journal, a money journal, a writing journal, a wedding journal etc. I love the freedom of journaling!

Some use it just to write, while others fill it with only images, it can be doodles or poetry – the list is endless.

If you aren’t sure where to start I would suggest buying one journal and exploring with layouts, writing, visuals etc until you get a feel for how you like to express yourself this will also give you time to know what you enjoy putting in there.

Here are some ideas for inspo:

  • Gratitude journal
  • Workout planner
  • Quote journal
  • Products you love
  • Goal tracker
  • Favourite recipes
  • Monthly planner
  • Things to make
  • Obsessions
  • Fashion Inspo
  • Decluttering planner
  • Inspiration log
  • Book of lists
  • All things beauty
  • Family memories
  • Mind maps
  • Your week in pictures
  • Birthday log
  • Tracker – food, money, birthdays etc

Still stuck for ideas? If you aren’t a natural writer or just plain not sure what to write here are some prompts to get you started:
