I love all things fitness and being active so I wanted to dedicate a post to some of my current favourite workouts you can do at home or at a gym.
They are a mix of cardio and weight workouts and for those of you that don’t or haven’t ever done and weight workouts I strongly recommend you give it a go! If your fear is you will get ‘bulky’ like some body builder just remember that body builders take years of sacrifice and lifting weights to look that way along with supplements etc so doing weights a few times a week is not going to bulk you – it will tone you and increase your metabolism as you will burn fat quicker if you have more working muscle!
Here are my current favourites:
If you are time poor but need some cardio based moving then this one is great! 30 secs on 10 secs off do as many reps as you have time for!
