Revitalising Green Juice

I recently started making my own green juices and wanted to share my favourite one with you! This juice is great for anyone needing an energy lift, some more greens in their diet or anyone who needs more iron!Ingredients

  • 2 Apples
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 3 handfuls of kale
  • 3 handfuls of spinach
  • Half a lemon (no skin)
  • A teaspoon of ginger

Juice it all up and enjoy! This will make about 500mls so I spit this into two and enjoy over two days.Until next time x
